自制婴儿体位固定垫在临床中的应用效果评价

Application Effect Evaluation of Homemade Baby Position Fixed Pad in Clinic

目的评价自制婴儿体位固定垫在临床中的运用效果。方法通过设计并自制婴儿体位固定垫,选取本院2017年7月-12月使用后的42例患儿为观察组,回顾性收集2017年1月-6月科室使用前的42例患儿为对照组,比较两组患儿管路滑脱率、呼吸机相关肺炎(ventilator-associated Pneumonia,VAP)发生率、每班次护士平均摆放患儿体位时间以及护士工作满意度情况。结果观察组患儿护士平均每班次摆放体位次数为(15.30±1.34)次,发生管路滑脱7例、占16.67%,呼吸机相关性肺炎发生2例、占4.76%,均低于对照组,观察组有53名护士对工作持满意态度,护士工作满意度为94.64%,高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制婴儿体位固定垫可用于临床患儿体位固定,方便有效,并且能减少管路滑脱率、VAP发生率,减少护士摆放体位次数,提高护士工作满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of homemade baby position fixed pad in clinic.Methods 42 children from July to December 2017 in the hospital were selected as the observation group,they were used the designed baby position fixed pad,another 42 children from January to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed as the control group.The rate of tube spondylolisthesis,ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP),the average position time of the nurses in each shift,and the job satisfaction of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The average number of placements of nurses in the observation group was(15.30±1.34)times,7 cases occurred in tube slippage,accounting for 16.67%,and ventilatorassociated pneumonia occurred in 2 cases,accounting for 4.76%,which were lower than those of the control group.There were 53 nurses in the observation group who were satisfied with the work.The job satisfaction of the nurses was 94.64%,which was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The homemade baby position fixed pad can be used for clinical fixation of the child,which is convenient and effective,and can reduce the rate of tube slippage,VAP incidence,the number of positions placed by nurses,and improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
