床边纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术患者不同护理疗效观察

Application Effect of Different Nursing Methods in Patients Underwent Bronchoalveolar Lavage by Bedside Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

目的观察不同护理方式在ICU床边纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术患者中的应用疗效。方法本院ICU病房2018年3月-2019年3月收治的66例行床边纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术患者为本次研究对象,按照术中护理方式不同将所有患者分为对照组(33例:常规护理)与试验组(33例:综合护理),观察比较两组患者术中相关情况。结果试验组患者术前、术中、术后症状自评表(SCL-90)得分优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组患者术后并发症发生率(6.06%)明显低于对照组(21.21%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论ICU床边纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术患者围手术期综合护理干效果预明显优于常规护理。

Objective To observe the effect of different nursing methods on patients underwent ICU bedside bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.Methods 66 patients with alveolar lavage by bedside fiberoptic bronchoscope in ICU ward of the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were studied.All patients were divided into the control group(33 cases:routine nursing)and the experimental group(33 cases:comprehensive nursing)according to different intraoperative nursing methods.The related conditions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The SCL-90 scores of the experimental group before,during and after operation were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(6.06%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.21%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing of ICU bedside fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage patients was significantly better than that of routine nursing.
