摘要
目的研究岗位设置与绩效管理在门诊护理管理中的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月-2018年12月门诊护理岗位实施岗位设置与绩效管理前后的同一批护理人员为研究对象。对比实施前后患者、医生以及护士对护理工作的满意率,考核护士综合素质达标状况。结果实施后患者、医生以及护士对护理工作的满意率明显高于实施前,且护士综合素质达标状况明显优于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理管理中实施岗位设置与绩效管理,能提升护理质量,调动医护人员积极性。
Objective To study the effect of job setting and performance management in outpatient nursing management.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,the same nursing staff before and after the implementation of job setting and performance management were selected as the objective of the study.The satisfaction rate of patients,doctors and nurses in nursing work was compared before and after implementation,and the overall quality of nurses up to standard was evaluated.Results The satisfaction rate of patients,doctors and nurses in nursing work was significantly higher than that before implementation,and the comprehensive quality of nurses was better than that before implementation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of job setting and performance management in outpatient nursing management can improve the quality of nursing and mobilize the enthusiasm of medical and nursing personnel.
