Comparative Analysis on Setting Requirements of Surge Plate of Transportable Vessels at Home and Abroad

防波板是移动式压力容器的重要部件。通过对国内外典型移动式压力容器规范和标准中防波板设置相关要求的汇总和对比分析,明确了防波板设置的原则和技术要求。结合国内现状,重点就防波板设置原则、防波板设置数量等主要差异点开展具体分析,指出了铁路运输罐式集装箱不允许装设防波板与多式联运物流模式的冲突,阐明了按照不同密度区分防波板间容积要求的合理性。

Surge plate is an important component of transportable pressure vessels.Based on the summary and comparative analysis of the relevant setting requirements of surge plates of typical transportable pressure vessels in the codes and standards at home and abroad,the principles and technical requirements of surge plate settings were clarified.In combination with the current situation in China,concrete analysis was carried out with focus on the main difference points,such as the setting principle and the set quantity of surge plates,and the conflict between the stipulation of no surge plates set in railage tank and the multimodal transportation mode was pointed out,and the rationality of distinguishing the volume requirement of surge plate according to different density was clarified.
