摘要
首先筛选锁定了一款T700S级的国产碳纤维,然后通过试验找到了与之匹配性良好的环氧树脂体系。通过碳纤维/环氧树脂体系NOL环性能的测试、稳定性的比较,以及环氧树脂体系的工艺试验验证了使用该国产碳纤维开发缠绕气瓶的可行性。研发过程中,通过单向板性能的测试确定了复合材料的设计参数,使用网格理论设计了一款公称直径为715mm的缠绕气瓶,使用有限元分析手段对设计进行了验证;最后经爆破压力试验和常温压力循环试验证明本次缠绕气瓶的研发是成功的,设计方案可行。该方案为国产碳纤维缠绕气瓶的设计提供了参考。
Firstly,a T700S-grade domestic carbon fiber was selected;then the epoxy resin system which well matches it was found through experiments.The feasibility of developing wrapped cylinders using the domestic carbon fibers was verified by testing the performance of NOL ring of carbon fiber/epoxy resin system,comparing their stability and the process test of epoxy resin system.During the research and development process,the design parameters of the composite material were determined through the performance test of the unidirectional plate.A wrapped cylinder with a nominal diameter of 715 mm was designed using the grid theory.The design was verified by finite element analysis.Finally,the explosion pressure test and normal temperature pressure cycle test proved that the research and development of the wrapped cylinder was successful and the design scheme was feasible.This scheme provides a reference for the design of domestic carbon fiber wrapped cylinders.
