优化高职院校教师思想政治素质评价体系的思考——以吉林电子信息职业技术学院为例

摘要 教师思想政治素质评价体系是验证教师思想道德水平、思想政治工作能力和工作实效的途径,不仅关系到教师自身的成长,而且直接影响到高职院校的发展。因此,高职院校要从自身办学实际出发,针对高职院校教师思想政治素质评价体系的新时代特征和存在的问题,积极探索优化教师思想政治素质评价体系的思路,使之更为科学、合理,以推动高职院校办学水平持续提高。 he evaluation system of teachers' ideological and political quality is the way to verify teachers' ideological and moral level,ideological and political work ability and work effectiveness,it is not only related to the growth of teachers themselves,but also directly affects the development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should start from the reality of running a school,in view of the new era characteristics and existing problems of the evaluation system of teachers' ideological and political quality in higher vocational colleges,actively explore the idea of optimizing the evaluation system of teachers' ideological and political quality,make it more scientific and reasonable,and promote the continuous improvement of the level of running a school in higher vocational colleges.
