应用型高校本科生科研能力的培养机制 被引量:5

摘要 新世纪以来,我国经济转型、产业结构调整以及高等教育大众化等因素共同催生了本科高校人才培养的应用型转向需求。在应用型人才的内涵界定中,科研能力是其核心要素。应用型人才培养对本科生的科研能力亦提出了更高要求。然而,目前我国应用型高校对本科生科研能力培养机制的探索存在着培养目标与科研能力指标不对接、培养方式分散、培养者主体及其保障制度不明确等问题。因此,建构一种实践关照导向与责任主体明确的、系统的、校本的,且教学改革与科研实践并行的应用型本科生科研能力培养机制,尤为必要。 Since the new century,economic transformation,industrial restructuring and the popularization of higher education and other factors have jointly promoted the application-oriented transformation of talent training in universities in China.In the definition of applied talents,scientific research ability is the core element.The cultivation of applied talents also puts forward higher requirements for undergraduates' scientific research ability.However,at present,there are some problems in the exploration of the cultivation mechanism of undergraduates' scientific research ability in application-oriented universities in China,such as the mismatch between the cultivation objectives and the indicators of scientific research ability,the dispersion of cultivation methods,and the ambiguity of the main body of cultivation and its guarantee system.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to construct an application-oriented training mechanism for undergraduates' scientific research ability,which is practice care direction is clear,responsibility subject is clear,systematic,school-based,and parallel teaching reform and scientific research practice.
