From Quality Education to Core Literacy:The Evolution of the Development Concept for School-based Curriculum in China

摘要 校本课程的开发理念对校本课程的体系建构和开发起着极其重要的作用。本文从素质教育、三维目标、核心素养三个阶段来梳理我国校本课程开发理念的演进过程,通过社会发展的需要、学生发展的需要、教育理论的研究、教育政策的导向和教育实践的推动等五个方面剖析我国校本课程开发理念演进的影响因素,并对其未来发展趋势做出预估。 The development concept of school-based curriculum plays an important role in the development of school-based curriculum and the construction of school-based curriculum system.This paper mainly combs the evolution process of school-based curriculum development concept in China from three stages of“quality education”,“three-dimensional goal”and“core accomplishment”.It also analyses the influencing factors of the evolution of school-based curriculum development concept in China from five aspects:the needs of social development,the needs of students‘development,the research of educational theory,the orientation of educational policy and the promotion of educational practice.It is of great significance for the development of school-based curriculum to predict its future development trend.
