The Influence of the Implementation of Psychological Contract on the Behavior of EVLN in Virtual Academic Community

摘要 [目的/意义]在互联网线上交流日益普及的环境下,虚拟学术社区在科研人员的交流合作当中发挥着日益重要的作用。基于心理契约理论,本文探究了不同类型心理契约的履行对科研人员EVLN行为的具体影响,在一定程度上为心理契约理论的实践增添了更加丰富的内容,同时心理契约理论的引入能够弥补和完善前人关于虚拟学术社区的研究,为研究科研人员之间的行为提供新的思路。[方法/过程]本文针对虚拟学术社区当中的科研人员,将其心理契约详细划分为交易型、关系型和理念型3种类型,通过实证的方式探究心理契约的履行对于退出、贡献、忠诚和贡献行为的具体影响。为此,将科学网和知乎上的科研人员做为调查对象,采用线上发放问卷的方式获取308份调查样本,结合研究假设构建EVLN行为影响模型,并且对该模型进行检验分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,不同类型心理契约的履行均会对虚拟学术社区当中科研人员的EVLN行为产生不同程度的影响。 [Purpose/Significance]Under the increasingly popular environment of Internet communication,the virtual academic community plays an important role in the exchange and cooperation of scientific researchers.Based on the psychological contract theory,this paper explored the implementation of different types of psychological contracts.The specific influence of the staff’s EVLN behavior added a richer content to the practice of psychological contract theory to a certain extent.At the same time,the introduction of psychological contract theory could make up and improve the research of the predecessors on the virtual academic community,for the research between researchers.Behavior provided new ideas.[Method/Process]In this paper,the scientific research personnel in the virtual academic community divided their psychological contracts into three types:transaction type,relationship type and concept type,and explored the fulfillment of psychological contract through empirical means for exit,contribution and loyalty and the specific impact of contributing behavior.To this end,the scientific network and the scientific research personnel known as the survey object,the online questionnaires were used to obtain 308 survey samples,combined with the research hypothesis to construct the EVLN behavior impact model which was tested and analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The results of the study indicated that the implementation of different types of psychological contracts would have different degrees of impact on the EVLN behavior of researchers in the virtual academic community.
