Standardization management of A/B class unit maintenance at Changzhou Hydropower Plant

以机组A/B级检修标准管理方法为基础,介绍了长洲水电厂机组检修招标引进检修队伍的前期准备阶段、检修入场阶段、检修实施阶段、检修后总结阶段的具体做法,探索了机组A/B检修标准化管理模式的主要内容及质量控制措施。

Based on the management method of A/B class unit maintenance standard, an introduction was made on the actual practice of Changzhou Hydropower Plant at various stages of preparation, maintenance team entering and being stationed in field, maintenance, summarization after maintenance. The maintenance team is selected by inviting bids. The author also discussed main contents of standardization management of A/B class unit maintenance as well as the quality control measures.
