摘要
转向架是磁浮列车重要受力部件,在运行过程中会产生振动并影响安全和舒适性。为研究磁浮列车在运行过程中振动问题,提供了ODS(工作振型)分析的思路和方法。从时域和频域两方面进行了阐述,并针对传感器采集的振动信号有噪声干扰问题,运用改进与简化的卡尔曼滤波算法进行滤波消噪,减小了随机干扰信号,使之能到达提取ODS的要求。
Bogie is an important force component of maglev train,vibration existed during operation,vibration affected on safety and comfort.In order to study the vibration problem of maglev train in the course of operation,the idea and method of ODS(Operation Deflection Shape)analysis were provided,expounds from two aspects of time domain and frequency domain.For the noise interference problem of vibration signal collected by sensor,and uses the improved and simplified Kalman filter algorithm to filter and eliminate noise.It reduced the random interference signal,so that it can reach the requirements of extracting ODS.
