导叶关闭规律自动优化研究

摘要 本文简述水轮机导叶关闭规律对机组过渡过程主要参数的影响以及目前电站常用的导叶关闭规律。国内外对导叶关闭规律优化进行了大量的研究,但难以应用于工程实际,特别对于抽水蓄能电站存在"反S型"以及过渡过程计算工况复杂,更难优化出合适的关闭规律。本文采用穷举法结合SIMSEN软件进行自动优化软件开发。该软件可在高性能计算平台上采用一段、两段甚至三段折线关闭规律对电站进行快速高效的关闭规律自动优化,可极大的提高工作效率。 The influence of the guide vane closing law on the main parameters of the transient condition and kinds of closing law used in power plant are briefly described. A lot of research are carried on optimization of guide vane closing laws both at home and abroad, but it is difficult to apply to practical application. In particular, the pumped storage power stations have " reverse S-shape " and the transient calculation conditions are complex, which is difficult to optimize suitable closing laws. The exhaustive method is used to develop the software which combines the SIMSAEN and automatically optimize the closing law. Both the closing law of straight-line and multi-section line can be used to calculate the transient condition automatically on high-performance computing platform, and the work efficiency is improved.
