本文介绍了基于OA平台构建东汽火电项目信息化管理系统,实现火电项目收文与发文全过程管理以及项目其它重要过程文件的归档管理,在提升工作效率的同时进一步提高项目管理规范化、标准化、信息化水平,为今后火电项目质保金收取提供完备、准确的过程记录支持。

Basing on the OA Platform, DTC thermal power project Information system is built, which realizing the whole process management for receiving and sending correspondences and filing management of the other project important process documents. This Information system not only improves the work efficiency, but also improves the normalization, standardization and informatization level of project management, which provides the complete and accuracy process record support for the receipt of future thermal power project quality guarantee deposit as well.
