某市出租车司机非特异性下腰痛患病情况及危险因素分析

Analysis of disease situation and risk factors of non-specific low back pain in taxi drivers in a city

目的探讨某市出租车司机非特异性下腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)患病情况及其危险因素。方法纳入2016年1月~2017年1月某市某出租车公司于本院体检的465例员工,统计NLBP患病情况,设为NLBP组与非NLBP组,发放调查问卷,调查年龄、工作年限、睡眠时间等,分析调查其NLBP发病的独立危险因素。结果465名出租车司机发生NLBP 142例,发生率30.54%;NLBP组与非NLBP组身体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、工作年限、运动情况、睡眠时间、吸烟情况、每周调休时间、年龄、每天工作时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,BMI>28 kg/m 2(OR=3.987)、工作年限>5年(OR=3.744)、不运动(OR=2.267)、睡眠时间<6 h(OR=2.622)、吸烟(OR=3.212)是出租车司机患NLBP的独立危险因素。结论出租车司机NLBP患病率较高,BMI>28 kg/m^2、工作年限>5年、不运动、睡眠时间<8 h、吸烟均可增加其发病风险。

Objective To explore the disease situation and risk factors of non-specific low back pain(NLBP)in taxi drivers in a city.Methods A total of 465 employees of a taxi company of our city who examined in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as in the this study subjects.The NLBP disease situation were was countedanalyzed,and the patients were set as the NLBP group and the non-NLBP group.Questionnaires were issued to investigate age,working years,sleep time,etc.Single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the independent risk factors of NLBP in taxi drivers.Results Of 465 taxi drivers,142 cases had NLBP,with an incidence rate of 30.54%.There were significant differences in body mass index(BMI),working years,exercise status,sleep time,smoking status,weekly shift time,age,and daily working time between the NLBP group and non-NLBP group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI>28 kg/m^2(OR=3.987),working years>5 years(OR=3.744),no exercise(OR=2.267),sleep time<6 h(OR=2.622),and smoking(OR=3.212)were independent risk factors of taxi drivers sufferred from NLBP.Conclusion Taxi drivers with NLBP have a high prevalence,BMI>28 kg/m 2,working years>5 years,no exercise,sleep time<8 h,smoking can increase the risk of morbidity.
