摘要
为了研究内循环轴承油冷却器的热交换效率,设计了油冷却器热交换效率试验装置,试验装置可以采集油和水温度、流量等参数。同时设计了三种材料(铜、不锈钢和铜镍合金)、两种结构(光管式和翅片式)的油冷却器,对油冷却器进行试验研究,根据试验结果经过计算得到各油冷却器的热交换系数,研究结果可以为油冷却器设计提供依据。
In order to study the heat transfer efficiency of oil cooler of inner circulation bearing,a test equipment which can collect the parameters such as oil/water temperature and flow is designed.At the same time,the coolers with 3 different materials(copper,stainless steel and copper nickel alloy)and 2 types of structures(light tube type and warped plate type)are designed.Through experimental research,the heat transfer coefficiencies of the 6 coolers are calculated based on the test results.The research results can provide the basis for the design of oil cooler.
