摘要
全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)是一种先进的高效的现代化掘进技术,刀盘驱动技术是它的核心技术,其性能和可靠性关系到TBM的掘进效率和自动化与智能化,标志着TBM掘进机的发展。介绍了全断面岩石掘进机刀盘驱动技术的发展,从液压马达驱动到变频永磁电动机驱动。研究了目前刀盘主要驱动方法和技术,液压驱动、变频驱动和电液混合同步驱动是主要的应用,面向性能与可靠性的驱动是重要的应用方向,液压马达和永磁电动机直驱技术是关键的研究方向,通过比较说明了驱动技术的发展趋势。
The full section tunnel boring machine(TBM) is an advanced and efficient modern tunneling technology, its core technology is cutter head driving technology, its performance and reliability are related to the tunneling efficiency, automation and intellectualization of TBM, which can represent the development of TBM. The development of cutter head drive technology of full section roadheader has been introduced, from hydraulic motor drive to variable frequency permanent magnet motor drive. The main driving methods and technologies of cutter head have been studied, hydraulic drive, frequency conversion drive and electro-hydraulic hybrid synchronous drive are the main applications, drive oriented to performance and reliability is the important application direction. Direct drive technology of hydraulic motor and permanent magnet motor are the key research direction. The development trend of driving technology has been illustrated by comparison.
