摘要
针对目前煤矿井下本质安全型电源体积和质量偏大、带载能力较差、后备电池的带载时间较短等局限性问题,提出了一种新型矿用隔爆兼本质安全型多路电源的设计方案。该新型本质安全型电源采用高性能宽范围AC/DC开关电源替代原有的变压器加开关电源的方式,采用并联式双重过流过压保护电路,提高了电源的本质安全型过流保护值,增强了电源的带载能力,选用大容量的镍氢电池,满足后备电池长时间带载能力的要求,并增加了电源管理信息功能。该电源已投入井下使用,达到了设计要求,取得了良好的使用效果。
Aiming at the limitations of intrinsically safe power supply in coal mine, such as large volume, heavy weight, poor carrying capacity and short carrying time of backup batteries, a new design scheme of mine flameproof and intrinsically safe multi-channel power supply has been proposed. The new intrinsically safe power supply uses high performance and wide range AC/DC switching power supply instead of the original transformer plus switching power supply, adopts parallel dual over-current and over-voltage protection circuit, improves the intrinsically safe over-current protection value of the power supply, enhances the load capacity of the power supply, and chooses large capacity nickel-hydrogen batteries to meet the requirements of long-term load capacity of backup batteries, and increases the load capacity of backup batteries with power management information function. The power supply has been put into use underground, which has met the design requirements and achieved good results.
