摘要 为解决柴油驱动人车的废气排放而造成巷道空气污染以及柴油费用较高的问题,提出了矿用平巷防爆电驱人车的电气系统设计方案。重点介绍电气系统的工作原理,硬件设计和软件设计。该电气系统的电驱人车在榆家梁煤矿完成工业性试验,试验结果表明,所设计的防爆电驱人车运行安全稳定,满足设计要求。 In order to solve the problem of air pollution and high diesel cost caused by exhausting gas emission from diesel-driven pedestrian cars, the design scheme of electrical system for mine roadway explosion-proof electric drive vehicle has been put forward. The working principle, hardware design and software design of the electrical system have been mainly introduced. The electric drive vehicle of the electric system has completed industrial test in Yujialiang Coal Mine. The test results show that the designed explosion-proof electric drive vehicle runs safely, stably and meets the design requirements.
