摘要
带式输送机是煤矿生产中重要的运输设备,广泛应用于煤矿生产中的物质传输当中。但当矿产运输距离较长时,需要多个电动机进行功率传输,进行长距离的运输,随着电动机台数的不断增多,使多电动机驱动功率不平衡的问题逐渐凸显。针对多电动机驱动功率的不平衡问题,依据模糊控制原理,设计了相关的硬件电路和控制策略,给出了实现带式输送机功率平衡控制的算法框图,使得各台电动机可以合理地分配功率,进而实现功率平衡。
Belt conveyor is an important transport equipment in coal mine production, which has been widely used in material transmission in coal mine production. However, when the mineral transportation distance is long, it needs multiple motors for power transmission and long-distance transportation. With the increasing number of motors, the problem of unbalanced multi-motor driving power has become increasingly prominent. Aiming at the unbalance of multi-motor driving power, according to the principle of fuzzy control, the related hardware circuit and control strategy have been designed, and the algorithm block diagram for realizing the power balance control of belt conveyor has been given, so that each motor can reasonably distribute power and realize the power balance.
