摘要
以MG400/920WD型采煤机为例,对采煤机的整机进行受力分析,建立了采煤机防滑制动力的数学模型,分析了防滑制动力与煤层倾角和采煤机工作仰角的关系,其研究结果对采煤机的防滑设计提供了一定的参考。
Taking MG400/920 WD shearer as an example, the force analysis of shearer has been carried out, the mathematical model of shearer anti-skid braking force has been established, and the relationship between anti-skid braking force and coal seam inclination and shearer working elevation has been analyzed. The research results provide some reference for shearer anti-skid design.
