摘要 根据伊泰红庆河煤矿3-1402工作面的具体地质条件,将大采高采煤方法与放顶煤采煤方法进行了比较,认为选用大功率、大采高、高产高效采煤机较为合适,经多方论证选用了MG1000/2540-GWD型交流电牵引采煤机。该型采煤机参数先进、性能优越、故障率低、操作方便,并具备故障诊断和智能工作面升级的需求。通过应用实践表明,实现了煤矿安全开采和高产高效。 According to the specific geological conditions of 3-1402 working face in Hongqinghe Coal Mine of Yitai, the method of large mining height has been compared with that of top caving coal mining, it is more appropriate to select high power, large mining height, high production and high efficiency shearers. MG1000/2540-GWD AC traction shearer has been selected after many demonstrations. The shearer has advanced parameters, superior performance, low failure rate and convenient operation, and has the needs of fault diagnosis and intelligent face upgrade. The application practice shows that the safe mining and high production and high efficiency of coal mine have been realized.
