摘要 介绍了全断面(矩形)掘进机中液压锚杆钻机的组成及工作原理。比较分析三种锚杆钻机液压控制系统方案的优缺点,并对负载敏感液压回路在多台锚杆钻机的应用作了详细介绍。通过井下试验分析,证明负载敏感技术方案安全可靠,效率高。 The composition and working principle of the hydraulic bolting drill in the full-section rectangular roadheader have been introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of hydraulic control system schemes for bolting drill have been compared and analyzed. The application of load-sensing hydraulic circuit in several bolting drill has been introduced in detail. Through underground test and analysis, it is proved that the load-sensing technology scheme is safe, reliable and efficient.
