摘要
为实现矿井排水系统的安全稳定运行,提出一种具有故障自诊断功能的矿井节能排水控制系统。重点介绍该系统的组成、工作原理及工作过程。通过信号采集与处理系统、故障诊断与优化系统和PLC控制器相互耦合作用,可实时地检测数据和历史记录自动优化关键控制参数,并传输给控制器作为控制依据。该系统通过实际运行表明,实现了系统的可靠、高效运行和良好的节能效果。
In order to realize the safe and stable operation of mine drainage system, a mine energy-saving drainage control system with fault self-diagnosis function has been proposed. The composition, working principle and working process of the system have been mainly introduced. Through the coupling of signal acquisition and processing system, fault diagnosis, optimization system and PLC controller, the key control parameters have been automatically optimized by real-time detection of data and historical records, and transmitted to the controller as control basis. The actual operation of the system shows that the system has achieved reliable, efficient operation and good energy-saving effect.
