摘要
采用正交试验法研究再生粗骨料掺量(A)、橡胶粒径(B)、橡胶掺量(C)和玄武岩纤维掺量(D)对混凝土拌合物性质及力学性能的影响规律,确定使用上述材料配制混凝土的最优配合比。试验结果表明:4个因素对混凝土含气量和力学性能影响的主次顺序为:C→B→D→A和C→B→A→D。随着橡胶掺量的增大和粒径的减小,橡胶混凝土的含气量增大,力学性能减小。随着再生骨料掺量的增大,混凝土含气量变化不大,力学性能降低。玄武岩纤维对混凝土的抗压强度影响不明显,对劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的提高效果显著。
The influence of the content of recycled coarse aggregate(A),rubber particle size(B),rubber content(C)and basalt fibers(D)content on the performance and mechanical properties of concrete mixture was studied by orthogonal test,and the optimal mix ratio of concrete with the above materials was determined.The test results show that:the primary and secondary orders of the 4 factors affecting the air and mechanical properties of concrete are C to B to D to A and C to B to A to D.With the increase of rubber content and the decrease of particle size,the air content of rubberized concrete increases and the mechanical properties decrease.With the increase of recycled aggregate content,the air content of concrete varies little and the mechanical properties decrease.Basalt fiber improves the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete obviously,but has little effect on compressive strength.
