摘要
为了解高石粉含量机制砂配制自密实混凝土性能的方法,将高石粉含量机制砂中的石粉掺入净浆粉体进行试验,并采用纯石粉替换机制砂中的石粉进行砂浆、自密实混凝土的对比试验,研究了高石粉含量机制砂中石粉对净浆、自密实砂浆、自密实混凝土工作性能的影响;在此基础上进行了高石粉含量机制砂自密实混凝土配合比试验。结果表明,高石粉含量机制砂中石粉对净浆、自密实砂浆、自密实混凝土的流动性和黏度贡献小于纯石粉,且易使拌合物流动性不良、黏度不足;通过调整各组分配合比可以配制出合格的机制砂自密实混凝土,为使用高石粉含量机制砂配制出满足工程需求的自建议。
It is mainly a study on the influence of stone powder in high stone powder manufactured sand on the performance of self-compacting concrete.The test on paste with stone powder and comparison tests of pure stone powder and stone powder in high stone powder manufactured sand in self-compacting mortar and self-compacting concrete were carried out.Based on that,the mix proportion test of self-compacting concrete with high stone powder manufactured sand was conducted.The results show that the contribution of stone powder in high stone powder manufactured sand to fluidity and viscosity of paste,self-compacting mortar and self-compacting concrete is less than that of pure stone powder.Stone powder in high stone powder manufactured sand easily causes the lack of viscosity and fluidity of the mixture.The test results can be reference for the engineering application of self-compacting concrete that contains manufactured sand with larger MB value self-compacting concrete.
