摘要
随着国内外超高层建筑的不断兴起,混凝土的泵送高程不断增加,需要进一步深入研究新拌混凝土的泵送性能及其评价方法。混凝土流变性能是泵送性能的本质体现,要准确评价混凝土的泵送性能,应以混凝土流变学为基础,结合新拌混凝土的流变性能与润滑层性能进行评估。总结了新拌混凝土泵送前后流变性能的已有研究成果,介绍了新拌混凝土泵送性能的评价方法及数值模拟方法,提出了现有研究成果的不足和今后的研究方向。
With the rising of super high-rise buildings at home and abroad,the pumping height of concrete is increasing constantly,so it is necessary to further study the pumping performance and evaluation methods of fresh concrete.The rheological properties of concrete are the essence of pumping performance.Accurate evaluation of the pumping performance of concrete should be based on the concrete rheology,combined with the rheological properties of fresh concrete and the properties of the lubrication layer.The research achievements of the rheological properties of fresh concrete before and after pumping are summarized,the evaluation methods and numerical simulation methods of pumping performance of fresh concrete are introduced,and the shortcomings of present research achievements and future research directions are proposed.
