摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为图书馆员开展科研评价服务提供参考。[方法/过程]通过文献及网络调研,系统地分析、比较科研评价常用数据库Web of Science、Scopus、Google Scholar及分析平台Incites、Sci Val等的分类体系及其指标,并从期刊、作者、论文集合三个维度对不同科研评价指标及工具进行对比。[结果/结论]评价工具在数据来源、数据年限、更新频率等方面均有不同,并采用一种或多种学科分类体系,有自己的指标体系。JIF与Cite Score是最常用的两个期刊评价指标,但仅适用于相同学科领域期刊的比较;采用H指数、i10指数等指标用于比较同一学科领域、相似学术年龄学者的学术影响力;引文影响力主要包含Incites的CI及Sci Val的CPP,二者均为相对指标,对文献类型、时间窗口没有限制,适于相同学科领域、相同文献类型的论文集影响力比较。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for librarians to carry out scientific research evaluation service.[Method/process]Through document and network survey,the paper systematically analyzes and compares the classification system and indicators of common databases of scientific research evaluation such as Web of Science,Scopus,Google Scholar and analysis platforms of Incites and Sci Val from three aspects of journal,author and paper collection.[Result/conclusion]The evaluation tools are different in data sources,data ages,updating frequency,etc.,and adopt one or more subject classification systems with its own index system.JIF and Cite Score are the most commonly used journal evaluation indexes,but are only applicable to the comparison of journals in the same field;indicators such as H index and i10 index are used to compare the academic influence of scholars of similar academic age in the same field;citation influence indicators mainly include CI of Incites and CPP of Sci Val,both of which are relative indicators and have no limitation on document type and time window,and are suitable for the influence comparison of papers with the same document type in the same discipline field.
