摘要
基于ISSR标记技术,构建了忍冬属20个药用种质的DNA指纹图谱。PopGen32软件分析显示:20个种质的平均有效等位位点数为1.5437,Nei’s基因多样性为0.3137,Shonnon’s信息指数为0.4702,遗传一致度介于0.4565~1.0000之间;UPGMA聚类在0.735处将20个种质分成灰毡毛忍冬、忍冬和华南忍冬等3个类群。
DNA fingerprints of 20 medicinal Lonicera germplasms were constructed based on ISSR marker technology.PopGen32 software analysis showed that the average effective allele number of 20 materials was 1.5437,the genetic diversity of Nei’s was 0.3137,the Shonnon’s information index was 0.4702,and the genetic consistency was between 0.4565~1.0000.UPGMA clustering at 0.735 divided 20 materials into three groups:Lonicera japonica,Lonicera macranthoides and Lonicera confuse.
