湖南绥宁花园阁国家湿地公园生态系统服务价值评价

Evaluation of ecosystem services value of Huayuange National Wetland Park in Suining County, Hunan Province

国家湿地公园是当前我国湿地保护体系的重要组成部分,开展以湿地公园为主体的生态系统服务价值货币量化评估,对于促进人类社会对国家湿地公园生态系统服务价值认知,提升国家湿地公园的建设和管理水平具有重要作用。本研究以湖南绥宁花园阁国家湿地公园为研究对象,运用市场价值法和替代法等方法,以2017年为基准年,评价了花园阁国家湿地公园生态服务价值。结果表明:花园阁国家湿地公园生态系统服务价值为46743.61万元·a-1,占2017年绥宁县农林渔牧业总产值的15.22%,体现出国家湿地公园在地方经济发展中的重要地位。花园阁国家湿地公园生态系统服务价值由高至低依次为文化服务、供给服务、调节服务和支持服务,其价值分别为34819.3、6841.95、3908.87、435.58万元·a-1,其文化服务价值占花园阁国家湿地公园总价值的74.68%,表明花园阁国家湿地公园的建设在湿地文化和民族文化保存中的重要作用。未来应加强国家湿地公园生态系统服务价值的动态评估,在湿地公园管理方面建议进一步保护和修复湿地特色文化、加强部门间的联合、增加科研投入,最终提升湿地公园科学管理水平。

The national wetland park construction is an important part of the current wetland protection system in China.The evaluation of ecosystem services value of national wetland park plays an essential role in facilitating the cognition of human society on ecosystem service value of national wetland park,and promoting the construction and management of national wetland park.In this study,the ecosystem services value of Huayuange National Wetland Park in Suining County,Hunan Province in 2017 was evaluated through market value method and substitution method.The results showed that the ecosystem services value of Huayuange National Wetland Park is 34819.3×10~4 yuan per year,which accounts for 15.22%of total output value of agriculture,forestry,fishery and animal husbandry in Suining County.This result indicated that the national wetland park take an important role in local economy development.The cultural service represents the highest value(34819.3×10~4 yuan per year)of ecosystem service in Huayuange National Wetland Park,followed by supply service(6841.95×10~4 yuan per year)and regulation service(3908.87×10~4 yuan per year),and support service(435.58×10~4 yuan per year)represents the lowest value.The cultural service value accounts for 74.68%of total ecosystem services value of Huayuange National Wetland Park,indicating that the critical role of Huayuange National Wetland Park in wetland and local cultural preservation.In future,the dynamic evaluation of ecosystem services value should be strengthened.In terms of wetland park management,it is suggested to protect and restore the characteristic culture of wetland,strengthen the joint efforts among departments,increase the investment in scientific research,and finally improve the scientific management ability of national wetland park.
