摘要
为突破棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂室内规模化繁育的技术瓶颈,通过采用不同温度、光照、湿度、替代寄主等方法进行棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂室内繁殖技术研究。结果表明:棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂成虫羽化率最高是白天6:00~18:00,羽化高峰期是在6:00~8:00之间,20~30℃间时交配成功率较高且无显著性差异;在光照1500 lx时交配成功率最高。棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂在温度22℃、光照1500 lx条件下的平均单雌产卵量为(81.58±16.3)粒;(25±1)℃、RH(70±5)%的条件下时幼虫发育历期适中,存活率最高。综上所述,可在(25±1)℃条件下饲养被棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂寄生的寄主幼虫,但成蜂在5^(25±1)℃条件下,温度越低其寿命越长,因此可根据实际情况选取低于(25±1)℃的温度。从斜纹夜蛾室内被寄生后的发育结果来看,棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂能够很好的阻止斜纹夜蛾进入暴食期。
In order to break through the technical bottleneck of large-scale breeding of the natural enemy Campoletis chlorideae in the lab,the biology of this wasp were studied at different temperature,light,humidity and alternative host methods,so as to optimize the raising conditions.The results showed that the highest adult eclosion rate was from 6:00 to 18:00,and the peak was from 6:00 to 8:00,and the mating success rate was without significant difference between 20 to 30℃.Mating success rate was highest in 1500 lx.Under the condition of temperature 22℃and illumination 1500 lx,the average single female spawning amount was(81.58±16.3).Under the condition of(25±1)℃and relative humidity of(70±5)%,the larval development period was moderate and the survival rate was highest.The parasitic study in Spodoptera litura showed that Campoletis chlorideae could prevent the pest from entering the gluttony stage.
