ArcGIS在湿地占补平衡中的应用——以湖南五强溪国家湿地公园为例

Application of ArcGIS in the balance of wetland occupation and compensation plan——Taking Hunan Wuqiangxi National Wetland Park as an example

为了探讨ArcGIS在湖南省湿地占补平衡中的应用,为湿地占补平衡提供一种新的技术途径。以湖南五强溪国家湿地公园内占用湿地、补入湿地等材料为实验数据,运用ArcGIS对其进行分析处理。结果显示:湿地公园湿地被占用面积为39.7523 hm^2,补入湿地面积为39.8051 hm^2。补入湿地面积大于占用湿地面积,且补入湿地无基本农田、不属于湖南省第二次湿地资源调查数据库范围,满足相关规定要求。确保了"先补后占、占补平衡"的原则,湖南省湿地面积不减少、功能不降低的目的。

In order to explore the application of ArcGIS in the balance of wetland occupation and compensation in Hunan Province,and provide a new technical approach for the balance of wetland occupation and compensation.ArcGIS is used to analyze and process the data of Hunan Wuqiangxi National Wetland Park and the occupied wetlands and replenished wetlands.The results show that the wetland park wetland occupied area is 39.7523 hm^2,and compensated the wetland area to 39.8051 hm^2.The area of the compensated wetland is larger than the area of the occupied wetland,and the compensated wetland has no basic farmland,and does not belong to the database of the second wetland resource survey database of Hunan Province,meeting the relevant requirements.The principle of’pre-compensation,balance of occupation an compensation’is adopted to ensure that the wetland area is not reduced and the function does not decrease in Hunan Province.
