加速康复外科在甲状腺肿瘤手术应用的初步体会

Observation of Fast Track Surgery in the Operation of Patients with Thyroid Neoplasm

目的初步探讨加速康复外科在甲状腺肿瘤手术中应用的可行性及安全性。方法回顾性分析山西省肿瘤医院2018年6月—2018年12月份经过严格筛查的,以加速康复外科理念指导的35例甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果出现暂时性低血钙的6例(17%)、症状性低血钙3例(9%)、暂时性喉返神经损伤1例(2%)、无一例术后出血、气管漏、食管漏、乳糜漏,呼吸困难等的发生。结论遵循ERAS理念行甲状腺手术,是一种安全、可行的方式。

Objective To observe the feasibility and safety of Fast Track Surgery(ERAS)in patients with thyroid neoplasm.Methods 35 patients who underwent thyroid surgery under strict selection criteria in the Tumor Hospital of Shanxi from June to December,2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 35 patients,transient hypocalcemia and symptomatic hypocalcemia occurred in 6 cases(17%)and 3(9%)after operation;Temporary recurrent laryngeal nerve injury was found in 1 cases(2.7%);No cases of bleeding,postoperative esophageal leakage,trachea leakage,chylous leakage and dyspnea were observed in these patients.Conclusion Under strict selection criteria and ERAS concept guidance for whole treatment process,thyroid tumor surgery is safe and feasible,as well as convenient and efficient.
