睾酮水平、BMI、PSA水平变化与BPH发病相关性分析及作用机制分析

Correlation Analysis of Testosterone Level,BMI and PSA Levels and BPH Pathogenesis and its Mechanism Analysis

目的探讨前列腺增生(BPH)患者睾酮、体重指数(BMI)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平及意义。方法选取2016年1月—2018年4月在驻马店市中心医院治疗的BPH患者96例(BPH组),同时选取健康志愿者90例作为对照组,比较两组睾酮水平、BMI、PSA水平。结果BPH组睾酮、游离PSA和总PSA分别为(440.15±102.16)ng/dl、(6.12±1.03)ng/ml和(19.80±6.52)ng/ml,明显高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);BPH组和对照组BMI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);BPH合并前列腺炎患者睾酮、游离PSA和总PSA分别为(470.41±110.43)ng/dl、(7.84±1.00)ng/ml和(21.15±7.20)ng/ml,明显高于无前列腺炎患者,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);前列腺体积与睾酮、游离PSA和总PSA呈正相关(r=0.344、0.351和0.368,P<0.05),与BMI无相关性(P>0.05)。结论BPH患者睾酮、PSA水平明显升高,尤其伴前列腺炎患者升高明显,与前列腺体积呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the levels and significance of testosterone,body mass index(BMI)and prostate specific antigen(PSA)in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 96 BPH patients(BPH group)and 90 healthy volunteers from January,2016 to April,2018 were selected as observation group and control group.The levels of testosterone,BMI and PSA between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of testosterone,free PSA and total PSA in BPH group were(440.15±102.16)ng/dL,(6.12±1.03)ng/mL and(19.80±6.52)ng/mL,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in BMI between BPH group and control group(P>0.05).The levels of testosterone,free PSA and total PSA in BPH patients with prostatitis were(470.41±110.43)ng/dL,(7.84±1.00)ng/mL and(21.15±7.20)ng/mL,which were significantly higher than those in BPH patients without prostatitis(P<0.05).Prostate volume were positively correlated with testosterone,free PSA and total PSA(r=0.344,0.351 and 0.368,P<0.05),and there was no correlation with BMI(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of testosterone and PSA increase significantly in BPH patients,especially in patients with prostatitis,and they are positively correlated with prostate volume.
