融合时效性激励理论的临床干预对恶性肿瘤患者自护效果及身心观感的影响

Effect of Clinical Intervention Combined with Time-Dependent Motivation Theory on Self-Care Effect and Physical and Mental Perception of Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的研究融合时效性激励理论的临床干预对恶性肿瘤患者自护效果及身心观感的影响并进行干预。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月间郑州市第三人民医院收治的恶性肿瘤患者90例作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将所有研究对象均分成研究组和对照组。对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组则予以融合时效性激励理论的临床干预。分别比较出院时、出院3个月后两组自护能力,干预前后两组各项自我管理效能感,干预前后心理状况变化。结果出院时、出院3个月后研究组各项自护能力评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预后研究组自我减压、自我决策、正性态度评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预后研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论融合时效性激励理论的临床干预可显著提高恶性肿瘤患者自护效果,缓解心理负性情绪。

Objective To study the effect of clinical intervention with time-dependent motivation theory on self-care effect and physical and mental perception of patients with malignant tumor and to carry out intervention.Methods 90 malignant tumor patients admitted to the hospital from January,2016 to December,2018 were selected as study subjects.All subjects were divided into study group and control group by random lottery.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the study group were given clinical intervention combined with timeliness incentive theory.The self-care ability of the two groups at discharge and 3 months after discharge were compared,the self-management efficacy of the two groups before and after pre-treatment,and the change of psychological status before and after intervention were compared.Results The scores of self-care ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group at discharge and 3 months after discharge(all P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-decompression,self-decision-making and positive attitude in the study group were higher than the control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical intervention with the theory of timeliness motivation can significantly improve the self-care effect of patients with malignant tumor,alleviate negative psychological emotion.
