精益管理模式联合综合护理在剖宫产产妇术后临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Lean Management Mode Combined with Comprehensive Nursing in Postpartum Cesarean Section

目的探讨精益管理模式联合综合护理在剖宫产产妇术后的临床价值。方法将2018年1月—2018年12月间来我院分娩的300例剖宫产妇随机分为研究组及对照组,每组各150例,研究组采用精益管理模式联合综合护理管理,对照组采用综合护理模式管理,分别就两组产妇术后肠胀气发生率、切口愈合时间、开始泌乳时间、住院时间、患者满意度等指标进行对比研究。结果与对照组比较,研究组肠胀气发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),开始泌乳时间、住院时间及患者满意度与对照组比较有统计学差异(均P<0.05),研究组优于对照组;两组切口愈合时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论精益管理模式联合综合护理对剖宫产产妇术后肠道功能恢复有积极作用,对提高产妇泌乳时间、缩短住院时间有明显效能,对提高患者满意度有帮助,作为一种提高护理管理质量及提升服务效能意义明显,但对切口愈合无临床意义。

Objective To explore the clinical value of lean management mode combined with comprehensive nursing in postpartum cesarean section.Methods 300 cases of cesarean section delivered to the hospital in 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 150 cases in each group.The study group received lean management mode combined with comprehensive nursing management,and the control group received comprehensive nursing mode management.The incidence of postoperative flatulence,incision healing time,starting lactation time,hospitalization time,and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of flatulence in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of lactation,hospitalization time and patient satisfaction were statistically different from the control group(all P<0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lean management mode combined with comprehensive nursing has a positive effect on the recovery of intestinal function after cesarean section,which has obvious effect on improving maternal lactation time and shortening hospitalization time.It is helpful to improve patient satisfaction,improve the quality of nursing management,and improve service efficiency.But it has no clinical significance for incision healing.
