弱视治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Amblyopia Treatment

视觉发育期间由于单眼斜视、未矫正的屈光参差、高度屈光不正及形觉剥夺引起的单眼或双眼最佳矫正视力低于相应年龄的视力为弱视。弱视在儿童中引起的视功能障碍很显著并将终生伴随,因此弱视是一个很严重的公共健康问题。及时治疗弱视可以提高视力和双眼视功能,避免终生的视功能低下。目前弱视治疗的方法很多,现加以总结及讨论,为弱视临床治疗提供依据。

In the visual development period,the best corrected vision in one or both eyes below the corresponding age due to monocular strabismus,uncorrected anisometropia,high refractive error,or form deprivation is amblyopia.Amblyopia is a significant and lifelong visual impairment in children,so amblyopia is a very important public health problem.Timely treatment of amblyopia can improve vision and binocular vision,avoiding lifelong visual loss.At present,there are many methods of amblyopia treatment.The methods will be summarized and discussed to provide evidence for clinical treatment of amblyopia.
