痛风验方对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠踝关节周径和关节液IL-1β水平的影响

Effect of empirical gout recipe on ankle circumference and synovial fluid IL-1β level in rats with acute gout arthritis

目的观察痛风验方对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠踝关节周径和关节液IL-1β水平的影响。方法踝关节腔注射尿酸钠制作SD大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型,再用秋水仙碱及不同浓度痛风验方(白刺花根100 g、八角枫根2 g、威灵仙35 g、卷柏15 g、当归15 g)生药灌胃5 d,检测踝关节周径和关节液IL-1β水平。结果秋水仙碱组及痛风验方组踝关节周径、IL-1β水平均明显小于模型组(P<0.05),但秋水仙碱组与痛风验方组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痛风验方可显著降低急性痛风性关节炎大鼠关节液IL-1β水平,缓解关节肿胀。

Objective To observe the effect of empirical gout recipe on ankle circumference and synovial fluid IL-1β level in rats with acute gout arthritis(AGA). Methods AGA models were established in SD rats using articular injection of uric acid sodium in the ankle, and treated with gastric perfusion of colchicine or different concentrations of crude drugs of empirical gout recipe(Sophora davidii root 100 g, Chinese alangium root 2 g, Clematis chinensis 35 g, Selaginella tamariscina 15 g, Angelica sinensis 15 g) for 5 days. Ankle circumference and synovial fluid IL-1β level were determined. Results Ankle circumference and synovial fluid IL-1β level were decreased in colchicine and empirical gout recipe groups compared with model group(P<0.05), but they were comparable between colchicine and empirical gout recipe groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The empirical gout recipe can reduce synovial fluid IL-1β level and joint swelling in rats with AGA.
