Through the analysis of three different viewpoints in the same case, this paper explores the legal application of insufficient disclosure, practicality and creativity, and discloses insufficient disclosure, practicali ty and creativity from the legislative intent and economic review procedures. The actual application situation is analyzed, and relevant references are made for the review opinions that are more in line with the objective reali ty during the review process.
