摘要
为了实现水样中亚硝酸盐的灵敏检测,采用水热合成超声辅助结合法制备硫掺杂石墨烯离子液体复合修饰材料(SG-IL),用于构建高灵敏性亚硝酸盐电化学传感器。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对复合材料进行形貌和结构表征。电化学分析表明,亚硝酸盐浓度在3~200μmol×L-1范围内峰电流与NO2-浓度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0μmol×L^-1(信噪比为3)。结果表明,该传感器选择性好、灵敏度高、检出限较低且实样检测结果较为理想,可作为实际水样中亚硝酸盐的检测平台。
An ionic liquid functionalized sulfur-doped graphene composite(SG-IL) was prepared by a hydrothermal and ultrasonic-assisted method for nitrite detection in water. An electrochemical sensor of nitrite with high sensitivity was then prepared using SG-IL. The morphology and structure of the composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). Electrochemical analysis shows that peak electric current and NO2- concentration has a good linear relationship at nitrite concentration of 3~200 μmol×L-1, and the detection limit is 1.0 μmol×L^-1(signal-to-noise ratio = 3). The results show that the sensor has better selectivity, higher sensitivity and lower detection limit, which can be applied for nitrite detection in water samples.
