330 MW机组紧凑型分离器改造研究及性能试验分析

摘要 某公司#5炉磨煤机配套的径向挡板型分离器存在严重堵塞问题,影响机组带负荷能力,将原有的分离器改造为国内首台紧凑型双级轴向分离器,实现了粗煤粉分离及煤粉细度和均匀性控制、多通道煤粉浓度均匀性控制以及杂物的在线分离与清除。经过冷热态一次风调平试验、热态煤粉细度调整试验、A、B磨分离器对比试验以及最大出力试验等一系列性能试验后得到:磨煤机分离器各粉管风速偏差均控制在±5%,分离器阻力均在245~600 Pa之间,煤粉细度更加合适,磨煤机出力平均提高了4.8 t/h,即7.4%。 The radial baffle separator of the#5 furnace coal mill of a company has serious blockage problems,affecting the load capacity of the unit.Transforming the original separator into the first compact two-stage axial separator in China.The separation of coarse coal powder,fineness and uniformity control of coal powder,uniformity control of multi-channel coal powder concentration,and on-line separation and removal of debris are all achieved.After a series of performance tests such as cold and hot primary air leveling test,hot pulverized fineness adjustment test,A and B coal mill separator comparison test and maximum output test,the wind speed deviation of each coal pulverized tube of the coal mill separator is obtained.The control is at±5%,the separator resistance is between 245 Pa and 600 Pa,the fineness of coal powder is more suitable,and the output of the coal mill is increased by 4.8 t/h,or 7.4%.
