摘要
电磁继电器是逆变器和开关电源等电器设备的主要器件之一。继电器的寿命受温度影响很大。本文通过在驱动电路中增加分压电路和延时电路的方式,有效降低了继电器工作时的线圈电压,从而有效降低了继电器的损耗和工作温度,延长了继电器的使用寿命。通过仿真结果指导实际电路的搭建,通过测试电路的运行情况验证了理论的正确性,线路简单、通用性和实用性均很强。
Relay is one of the most important devices in inverter and power source. The life of relay is greatly affected by temperature. In this paper, by adding voltage divider circuit and delay circuit in driving circuit, the coil voltage of relay is reduced, the loss and working temperature of relay are reduced, and the lifetime of relay is longer. The simulation results are used to guide the actual work. The operation of the test circuit verifies the correctness of the theory. The circuit is simple, versatile and practical.
