摘要
安全级DCS优先级逻辑控制模块是核反应堆仪控系统非常重要的组成部分之一,其主要功能是对不同的安全级DCS控制命令进行优先级判断,然后驱动专设安全设施及相关支持系统的泵、阀等相关设备。文中对国外4种优先级逻辑模块进行了介绍,通过仔细分析不同优先级逻辑模块的实现方式与功能,对比出它们之间的特点与优势。对比结果表明,TXS的AV42板卡以及Common Q的CIM板卡是最为复杂的。AV42板卡能够实现以开环以及闭环两种方式控制就地设备,并且在就地控制中还增加了诊断技术。此外,AV42板卡还增加了对设备卡顿情形的处理机制。为了防止误触发,Common Q的CIM板卡版面上增加了停止功能。此外,为了防止软件共因故障,CIM上还提供了手动闭锁功能(独立于软件系统的指令)。其他厂家的产品也有他们各自的优点。目前,国内外的许多厂家都针对他们各自的想法设计出不同的优先级逻辑模块。然而,目前针对优先级逻辑模块的公共资料十分有限。因此,本文对优先级逻辑模块的设计拥有重要的工程应用以及参考价值。
The nuclear reactor 1 E DCS priority logic module is one of the very important components of the nuclear reactor I&C(Instrument and Control) system. Its main function is to prioritize different DCS control command, and then drive especial safety facilities and related support systems(pumps, valves and other related equipment). The characteristics and advantages between four kinds of international priority logic modules are analyzed by comparing their function and implementation mode. Comparison shows that the design of TXS’s AV42 and Common Q’s CIM are the most complicated. AV42 can control local equipment in open-loop way and closed-loop way. And diagnostic technology is added in the local control. Besides, AV42 increases the solution in the sluggishness event(The phenomenon that the device get stuck during operation). In order to prevent false triggering, Common Q’s CIM adds a stop function to the panel. And a manual blocking control(instructions independent from computer system) is provided to prevent the software common cause failure. Other manufacturers’ products also have their own characteristics. At present, many companies at home and abroad have designed different priority logic modules based on their own ideas. However, the public literature about priority logic modules is very limited. Therefore, this paper has important engineering significance and reference value for the design of priority logic module.
