摘要
本文对秦山第二核电厂1、2号机组过程模拟仪表系统(KRG系统)电源组成做了简要介绍。重点介绍KRG系统保护组、控制组、应急电源220VAC电源分配方式及运行方式,48VDC及机柜内15VDC电源供电电源的分配方式及运行方式。结合运行期间,由电源设备故障而导致KRG系统产生的缺陷进行故障检查,故障分析、应对策略及针对该故障的后续工作。根据电源产生的故障,对KRG电源转换组件中的电解电容进行了预防性更换,对3、4号机组控制组双路供电方式做了介绍,并与1、2号机组做了比较,提出可行性改进建议,保证了整个系统的安全稳定运行,使得机组安全性、稳定性进一步提高。KRG系统电源部分的缺陷分析和应对策略对同类模拟控制系统的问题分析和处理有重要参考价值。
This paper briefly introduces the power supply composition of the process simulation instrument system(KRG system) of Units 1 and 2 of Qinshan No. 2 Nuclear Power Plant. The distribution methods and operation modes of the KRG system protection group, control group, emergency power supply 220 VAC, 48 VDC and 15 VDC power supply in the cabinet are mainly introduced. In combination with the defects caused by the KRG system caused by the failure of the power supply during operation, the fault check, fault analysis, response strategy and subsequent work for the fault are performed. According to the fault caused by the power supply, the electrolytic capacitor in the KRG power conversion component was preliminarily replaced. The two-way power supply mode of the 3 rd and 4 th unit control groups was introduced, and compared with the 1 st and 2 nd units, the feasibility was put forward.The improvement suggestions ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole system, which further improves the safety and stability of the unit. Defect analysis and coping strategies of the power supply part of KRG system have important reference value for problem analysis and processing of similar analog control systems.
