摘要
棉粕的蛋白含量可达40%以上,是一种优质的蛋白质饲料,但由于含有毒物质游离棉酚从而限制了其在饲料中的应用。利用微生物发酵法处理棉粕,不仅可以有效降低棉酚含量,还可提高发酵底物中小分子肽、氨基酸、有机酸、消化酶及益生菌等的含量,从而提高其营养价值。发酵棉粕在肉鸡日粮中的添加比例可达15%,添加不仅可以降低饲料的成本,还可改善肉鸡的肠道微生物区系,提高鸡群的生产性能、屠宰性能及免疫功能。本文综述了发酵棉粕的营养价值,并总结了其在肉鸡生产中的应用研究进展。
Cottonseed meal is a kind of high quality protein feed,with its protein content can reach more than 40%.However,the application of cottonseed meal in feed is limited because of its toxic substance gossypol.The cottonseed meal treated with microbial fermentation,not only reduce the gossypol content,but also increase the content of small molecular peptides,amino acids,organic acids,probiotics and so on.Fermented cottonseed meal can be used in poultry production with the max additive amount of 15%,which can improve the intestinal microflora,reduce the cost of feed,improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of broilers.The nutritional value of fermented cottonseed meal and its application in broiler production were reviewed in this paper.
