心血中碳氧血红蛋白含量在火场尸体鉴定时的法医学意义

摘要 目的分析火场尸体心血中碳氧血红蛋白含量(HbCO%)在火场案件中的法医学意义,为今后火场尸体的处理及鉴定提供便利和帮助,以便能更好更及时地为案件服务。方法归纳总结2011—2018年间锦州市公安司法鉴定中心接受委托的18例火场尸体的检验工作及尸检记录。结果(1)生前焚烧致死中除死因为CO中毒的尸体心血中HbCO%达到中毒剂量或致死剂量,其他多种因素共同作用致死(烧死)的尸体心血中HbCO%通常较低;(2)死后焚尸的尸体死因多样,其心血中HbCO%较低或者检不出。结论尸体心血中HbCO%在火场案件的死因分析、生前焚烧致死还是死后焚尸鉴别和法医学鉴定方面发挥重要作用。在进行火场尸体的鉴定时,一定要在法医尸检、案情调查、现场勘查及必要的实验室检查后进行综合评定。 Objective To analyze the forensic significance of the Carboxyhemoglobin content(HbCO%)in Cardiac Blood of corpses in the fire field cases.The analysis will provide convenience and help for the treatment and identification of the corpses in the fire field cases in the future,so as to serve the cases better and more timely.Methods The inspection work and autopsy records of 18 corpses in the fire field entrusted by Judicial Authentication Center of Jinzhou Public Security Bureau from 2011 to 2018 were summarized.Results(1)The HbCO%in Cardiac Blood of corpses resulting from carbon monoxide poisoning reached the poisoning dose or lethal dose,while the HbCO%in Cardiac Blood of corpses resulting from many other factors was usually lower.(2)The death causes of postmortem burned corpses were various,and the HbCO%in Cardiac Blood of corpses was low or not detected.Conclusion HbCO%in Cardiac Blood of corpses plays an important role in the analysis of the death cause in fire cases,the identification of burned corpses before and after death,and forensic medical identification.In the identification of corpses in the fire field,comprehensive assessment should be carried out after forensic autopsy,case investigation,on-site investigation and necessary laboratory examination.
