ICU病区安全用药流程管理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Safe Drug Use Process Management in ICU wards

目的观察ICU病区实施安全用药流程管理的效果。方法回顾性分析我院ICU病区2015年1月至2016年12月期间以及实施安全用药流程管理后2017年1月至2018年12月期间的药品管理资料。结果实施安全用药流程管理后,2017-2018年护士药品管理知识水平较2015-2016年显著提升(P<0.05),同时用药失误率逐年下降。结论实施ICU病区安全用药流程管理可以提高护士药品管知识水平,有效降低用药失误率。

Objective To observe the effect of safe drug use administration in ICU wards.Methods The drug management data from January 2015 to December 2016 in ICU wards of our hospital and from January 2017 to December 2018 after the implementation of safe drug use process management were analyzed retrospectively.Results With the implementation of safe drug use process management,nurses’knowledge level of drug management from 2017 to 2018 was significantly higher than that from 2015 to 2016(P<0.05),and the error rate of drug use decreased year by year.Conclusion Strengthening the management of safe drug use in ICU wards can effectively reduce reduce the error rate of drug use.
