Current Situation of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Kounis Syndrome

Kounis综合征是过敏反应引起的急性冠脉综合征。虽然发病率尚不明确,但其特殊的临床表现和治疗已成为急性冠脉综合征诊疗中的困惑问题。本文结合文献对Kounis综合征的临床表现和诊治现状加以简述。

Kounis syndrome is an acute coronary syndrome caused by allergic reaction.Although the incidence of Kounis syndrome is not clear,its special clinical manifestations and treatment has become clinical concern in the diagnosis and treatment of acute coronary syndrome.In this paper,the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of Kounis syndrome were briefly described on the basis of literature review.
