系统化健康教育对种植牙患者全程护理的影响

The Effect of Systematic Health Education on Whole-course Nursing of Patients with Dental Implant

目的分析系统化健康教育在种植牙患者全程护理管理模式中的应用效果。方法以2017年1月至6月在我院口腔科接受种植牙治疗的44例患者作为对照组,在此期间还未开展系统化健康教育,仅有全程护理和常规健康教育,以2017年7月至12月在我院口腔科接受种植牙治疗的44例患者作为观察组,在此期间开展系统化健康教育,并给予全程护理,两组患者对比植牙成功率、不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组植牙成功率(97.73%)高于对照组(81.82%),不良反应发生率(2.27%)低于对照组(15.91%),处理组护理满意度(95.45%)高于对照组(77.27%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.065、4.950、6.175,P<0.05)。结论系统化健康教育应用于种植牙患者全程护理管理模式中,可提升植牙成功率,减少不良反应,患者护理满意度高,具有推广施行价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of systematic health education in whole-course nursing management of patients with dental implant.Methods 44 patients who received dental implant treatment in Stomatology Department of our hospital from January to June 2017 were taken as the control group.During this period,systematic health education had not been carried out,and the patients received only whole-course nursing and routine health education.44 patients who received dental implant treatment in Stomatology department of our hospital from July to December 2017 were taken as the observation group.During this period,systematic health education was carried out through the whole course of nursing.The success rate of dental implant,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of dental implant in the observation group(97.73%)was higher than that in the control group(81.82%).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.27%)was lower than that in the control group(15.91%).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(95.45%)was higher than that in the control group(77.27%),with statistically significant difference(χ^2=6.065,4.950,6.175,P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education applied in the whole-course nursing management of patients with dental implant can improve the success rate of dental implant,reduce adverse reactions and improve patients satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of popularization and implementation.
