“一带一路”背景下内蒙古企业对蒙古国直接投资的战略风险研究

Study on the Strategic Risks of Inner Mongolia Enterprises’ Direct Investment in Mongolia under the Background of "the Belt and Road"

“一带一路”倡议的提出为我国及内蒙古的企业发展带来了许多新的机遇,但必须认识到我国企业在走出去时面临着诸多风险。本文通过文献研究法和头脑风暴法分析了内蒙古企业对蒙古国直接投资的战略风险因素,建立了战略风险评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对各类风险因素的等级进行评估,根据评估结果提出了内蒙古企业对蒙古国直接投资的战略风险防范建议。

The"Belt and Road initiative"has brought many opportunities for the development of Chinese enterprises,but we must realize that it has also made Chinese enterprises face more risks when they go out.This paper analyzes the strategic risk factors of Inner Mongolian enterprises'direct investment in Mongolia through literature research and brainstorming method,establishes a strategic risk evaluation index system,and evaluate the level of various risk factors by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the evaluation results,the proposal of strategic risk prevention for Inner Mongolia enterprises’direct investment in Mongolia was put forward.The author hopes that this study can be of some reference value to Inner Mongolian enterprises’direct investment in Mongolia.so that they can go out in a more stable and scientific way.
