摘要
默契作为一个新近提出的概念,学术界的研究还十分匮乏。对默契与主管综合评价之间的关系和影响机制进行了探究。对下属默契、主管综合评价、建言、权力距离导向等概念进行了理论回顾,并根据默契对主管综合评价影响的可能机制提出了下属默契正向预测主管的综合评价,建言是下属默契与主管综合评价之间的中介变量,权力距离正向调节下属默契对建言的影响。随后,指出了未来的研究方向。
As a newly proposed concept,the research of academic is still very scarce.This paper explores the relationship and influence mechanism between subordinate′moqi and supervisor's overall management evaluation.This paper reviews the concepts of subordinate′moqi,supervisor's overall management evaluation,voice,and power distance orientation,and proposes five hypotheses based on the possible influence mechanism.Voice is a mediator variable between subordinate′moqi and supervisor′s overall management evaluation,and power distance positively adjusts the relationship of subordinate′moqi and voice.Then,this paper has conclusions and points out the direction of future research.
